NO RESPONSE

Hi, I am urgently waiting to find out when my new cell phone contract and phone that I applied for will be delivered. I called the call centre many times and this morning wasted my last remaining R26 of airtime as no one answered. I have sent 2 emails and an SMS and have had no response at all. Please can someone urgently respond as I need this contract asap. I am moving from Vodacom to Cell C and I really want to have a better level of service. Please can Cell C show me that this move will be a good one.
