Phone on contract for upgrade discontinued

I have been trying to get a 9380 blackberry as upgrade for my wife since January to no avail. I started at the vodacom shop at the mall @ reds in centurion where they told me they had been discontinued because the Z10 was coming out. They phoned around and found one store still had two in stock. After two days of my phoning them, they were apparently sold. I went all over, including vodaworld but no one could or would try to help me. I then went to vodashop lifestyle in centurion and was told that on the 6th of march they were launching 5 new blackberries that would be in the R199.00 pm range that I was looking for. I asked how soon after launching I would be able to get one, he said within two days. I went back on the 12th expecting to find a touch screen blackberry for R199.00 pm only to be told that's nonsense all there was was the Z10 . This is totally unacceptable
