Bad Service

I bought my blackberry in August 2011 and since i bought it, it has been giving me problems and have reported it for several times and no one has been able to help me with it, and i pay every month for a phone that doesn't work, it always says phone not allowed mm6, i can't make or receive calls can't even send msg or mms. when i try to make a call it says call failed, I can only use internet and other applications. i have logged multiple complaints and the last time i got a response was on the 26/10/2012 they told me to provide my ID no and acc no and i did and am still waiting!
