I cannot get rid of call waiting

Out the blue, my line has call-waiting active. The service was never requested. It is extremely irritating when I am on the phone and another call comes in and it rings in my ear.

Despite my numerous requests to the Telkom Call Centre to deactivate the call-waiting, it has not yet been done.

I am now completely and looking to move to Neotel
