POOR SERVICE AND FALSE PROMISES BEWARE!!!

I ordered an ADSL and line line from Telkom. They have extensive advertising on their website with the word that they "PROMISE" instalation in 7 days. Its now gone two weeks, and no one has called nor had the courtesy of providing feedback. I called them today only for the consulant to give me excuses. People beware of Telkoms promises and false advsertising. Rather go with a professional organisation like Neotel and you would be up and running in 24 hours. Telkom has always been a waste of my time. I had a similair request a few years back and the result was the same. They have the worst customer service I have come across so far.
