I wanted to get a micro sim linked to my current 3G contract. I tried 3 different outlets (V&A, Cavendish and Bayside) each time I had to purchase a new micro sim - NONE of which work. This has cost me so much time and money, let alone the frustration! I've tried getting it sorted via the call centre. They are even more pathetic than the staff in the branches. I honestly don't know what to do to get this sorted. All I can say is DONT use Vodacom Data.

I have requested the regional managers details so that maybe he can help, but I haven't received them as yet!
