Nashua Mobile not coming through on promises!

Had a problem on my mothers hand set (I'm handling it on her behalf) and they said they will replace the unit BUT after almost 2 months they only send a sms saying that the handset was sent in for repairs and they will let us know when its fixed!

The phone's software stopped working within the first 7 days! and as per contract if the phone gives a problem within 7 days, they will replace it not fix it!

Top of all I filed a complaint with head office and have't heard from them! and also complained on their Facebook page. They were very helpful at first but now they don't even respond to my messages.

The service in total was very bad! and the problem have't been solved as yet!
