Based on my previous report, To date I have not received my modern back or your 2nd round of "repairs" I have been inconvenienced of my Internet access for about 2 months now. This obviously means nothing to you as you do not care or know what is at cost here. I have never received an SMS notification on the progress of this modern since It went in fir repairs??? Please note I am no longer interested in your services and would like to have a refund of my R600 used to purchase this modern which has been useless to me since purchase. if you would like to thoroughly understand the basis of this decision please revert back to the recorded conversation I had with your complaints consultant Sisa. I would really appreciate feedback as soon as possible on this refund.
