It seems like the last responce I received was that this would not happen again... Well guess what TELKOM you have money again from my account for the DATA bundles of R149 billed twice to my account when this was cancelled in DECEMBER. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER AND REFUND ME MY MONEY. Here is the escalation of my previous complaint regarding the same issue... Your escalation reference number is ARS 222274
