I would like to express my disgust and complete dissapointment in Vodacom.

I have been eagerly awaiting the arrival of the Sony Xperia V for some time now and was delighted to find this same device advertised in the new Vodacom March edition leaflet, with deals available from 7th March to 6th April. Much to my dissapointment, on arrival at Vodaworld on Saturday 9th March, I was told by each store in the centre (namely Metro, Vodashop, 4u, Nashua mobile and Smartcom) that the phone had not yet arrived and was not yet available for sale. Further I was told that the phone would only be expected in the next 2-3 weeks, this not being mentioned in the leaflet.

My trip to Vodaworld based on this false advertising was a complete waste of my time, money and effort as I do not reside anywhere close to the centre.

Disgusted, unsatisfied custome
