I've been a loyal Nashua Mobile customer for approx 5 years. I have multiple contracts with them and my monthly bills are not 'cheap'. I am due for an upgrade in march, so i visited the nashua store at vodaworld yesterday (sunday 3 march 2013). After waiting for 30mins to be helped, i finally got to speak to a consultant behind the counter. While she tried her best to answer my questions, many questions where either left un-answered or answered below my expectation. After much thought, i decided on the phone and package that i wanted to upgrade too. Only then (90mins after arriving in store) was i told that the special offer (which was advertised) was not loaded on the system and i would need to come back to the store another day. This is not the first time that i've experienced this type of 'customer no service' at the Vodaworld store. However, this time was the final straw. I've decided to not renew my contract and will be porting my number to another service provider/outlet who, hopefully, has a better understanding of customer service. Thanks Nashua Mobile, you've lost a loyal, long-paying client.
