Cell c is bad news

After I have sent this complaint on hellopeter, cell c emailed me for my unblacklisting forms, its been over 24 houers goung for 48 houers I have still beaing waiting from cell to unblacklist my phone, they can't come ith storys that they can't reach me because THEY know my phone can't receive calls ITS BLACKLISTED!!! So they know I can only receive emails, I replyed on there emails about 3 times and there was no reply in how var the progress is, but I want to say I'm tired of trying!!! I'm starting to think of law, because they can't blacklist my phone without a police stamp! I gave no police reports, when I ask for my itc number there is no itc number, I want my phone unblacklisted before 24 houers as I'm going to all newspapers, only the newspapers will help me!
