I had to report of cell phone as on the 16-9-2013 0848949800 where we blacklister the number and blocked the sim. the next day the cell phone was returned to me. I phoned cell C and was informed I need to go to my local police station and get a reference number and police stamp on my statement which was done on the 17-9-2013. the relevant form was completed and faxed back too a MSTumiso. Motsepe who claimed to be a manager. its is now 30-9-2013 and still no feedback. the phone is still locked. So I phoned Cell C again spoke to a [Email Removed] who promised me the cell phone would be working by the end of the day. we emailed the form again requesting a read receipt. this has not been read as of yet. I have two business contract with Cell C. the one that is blocked is nearly a thousand rands a month yet it has been off line for half of the month. I think I need too terminate both Contracts
