Pay for 3G! Don't get 3G!

Ive been with Mtn since the beginning. In November i got a Samsung tablet on a 2 year contract, the problem is that.,
I stay in Blairgowrie, Randburg and there is NO 3G signal! I mean it's Randburg not the kalahari desert! Can somebody please tell me if the signal will ever get better, or must i go set up a tent next to a Mtn tower, so that i can actually get full use of my tablet!
