Zero 3g signal in Blairgowrie

I have two 3g devices one for work and one for personal use. Both devices have MTN sim cards.

I live in Blairgowrie, Randburg. There is absolutely no 3g signal whatsoever! I cannot even load the most basic website homepage. It struggles and struggles then finally just times out completely.

I cannot believe that any place in Johannesburg doesn't have 3g coverage especially a central location like Randburg. I have completely wasted my money and now I'm stuck with a device and sim card that I cannot use.

I have cellphone contract with Vodacom and used my mobile phone to connect to the internet and the 3g speed is excellent.

When will MTN address this issue? There are multiple complaints about this problem on this site.

Completely disgusted by this pathetic service provider who even indicates on the 'coverage' map that they have strong 3g signal in Blairgowrie
