Autopage not responding on Requests Log on Site

Dear Hello Peter,

I have payed a total amount of R13500-00 this month for Autopage data services.
I have requested them with 3 requests logged on their website to respond and to please credit my account with the R13500-00 THAT I HAVE DEPOSITED into their ABSA account.
I have faxed the proof to their financial department.
The amount stay open in their website [URL Removed] which mean they have not credited my account.
I have requested mr Mervin Govender on HIS E-MAIL ADRESS [Email Removed] to respond and confirm that they have credited my account - he did not!!!
If they debit my account with this amount at the end of the month====== i will be furious.
Why is it so difficult to provide a satisfactory service to your clients?..WHY IS IT NECESSARY TO RESPOND IN THIS WAY?
