Blackberry phone in for repairs and stil not fixed

I have a contract at MTN and the Blackberry Curve phone has had problems since day one. It has been in for repairs 4 times and now they say it is uneconomical to repair but don't replace it. I have complained a few times but with no reply. So what do I do I have no phone for a contact that I have to pay for.
