CellC totally imcompetent - No reception/Rude H/O

Since Monday I have been trying to call the CellC call centre. Whenever I select an option to speak to a consultant, the voice prompt says that it will put ne through. In each instance I only get to an option that says: That service is not availible. The only way for me was to contact the head office and ask them to put me through. They and the call centre is not aware of any problem! I have to pay for the calls to a landline.
Secondly, I have had bad reception where I stay. However the last 3 weeks it has become so bad that I am almost unable to make a call from my home. Phone calls drop, I have to phone 3 or more times just to get the call through and numerous time people cannot phone me as there is no reception abd I have to phone them back.
Lastly, I have called the head office for this matter and also before. The swithhboard ladies are the most rudeest people I have come accross, they just put you trough to the the call centre even if you ask to speak to someone else. They are extremely unhelpful and have an attitude, they are the worst swithcboard I have ever spoken to in my life!
