Useless cell reception and customer service!

These people are seriously incompetent and unprofessional! I call to log a complaint - unable to use my Galaxy S4. Often have dropped calls, most of the time I don't even have reception. Then you call the call centre, speak with an agent who promises to have your query resolved within 48hrs and keep you in the loop. And that's where the real fun starts! Because it's a call centre, there is no accountability. IF they don't call you back, hard lines, just log another complaint and so the process continues.

Today I finally got called back - told to only use GSM on my phone. Great, so now I have a smart phone with no internet capabilities, unless I'm in a WiFi area, and this seems to be a completely acceptable solution to Cell C. Be warned - stay away! The reason the're the cheapest, is because they don't bother with service delivery. Rather pay more and get the service you want. As soon as I get out of this useless contract, I will be taking my money elsewhere!
