Stay away from Vodacom's Data bundles!!!

According to Vodacom, from the 24th of February to the 6th of March, I have used over 8GB (yes, GIGABYTES) of data. At a lovely cost of roughly R5600.00.

That is roughly 819MB used PER DAY.
Now the hilarity of this is: I do not use more then 2GB per month!! I NEVER HAVE.
I do not dowload movies, music nor software packages. I have my devices with me, they are not lent out. I run a business from home.

Their answer? I used the data. The system says I did.
(Translation: - the system is right, I don't have a foot to stand on.)

I have switched to 8ta - prepaid, as my contract is blocked.
Blocked for how long?
Oh, only SIX WEEKS, as this is how long it will take Vodacom to see where (at which url's) the data was downloaded.

Wow!!

I wanted to cancel my data contract - their answer? Sure- let's just see what the cancellation fee is...
(Translation: Even though you know about and object to our latest overcharged bill, let's make more money off you, since you signed a contract and want to close the account. We are Vodacom)

Well, Vodacom: Get rid of the fictitious 8GB of data.
(Translation - your system is incorrect. I am an extremely unhappy and very upset client. FIX it!!)
