Is MTN's version of customer retention keeping them on hold till they drop dead?
I have been trying to get my EXPIRED contract converted to prepaid so that i can burn the sim card and have nothing more to do with MTN.
30 minutes on hold after about 6 attempts to get hold of an agent who just keeps hanging up on me. what kind of customer service is this?
