Never captured my upgrade!!

Hi
i am due for an upgrade with Cell C for long now, and have 2 contracts with them. I did not apply earlier as they are offering me horrible phones and are not able to assist with any other better deal.
i have then spotted the new BB Z10 and phoned them regarding deals on that phone. I spoke to Donation regarding this, and he was "capturing my order" while we were speaking... but actually he didnt. That was Monday 4/3, when i phoned today the ask the status of my order, i have been informed that i have NEVER BEEN UPGRADED!!!
In the meantime i am sitting waiting for my confirmation of despatch and for my cellphone to come, and it has never been done???!!!
Where can we find customer service...??? because it doesnt cost money... you know!!
