Half refund after cancelled contract kept debiting

In July 2012 I went into a Cell C store to cancel my contract and it was never cancelled. I have been debited every month since (R145pm). They finally cancelled the contract and are only prepared to reimburse me HALF the moneys owed to me. They said they couldn't locate the paperwork as the staff that tended to me are no longer in that store. I told them it has nothing to do with me that they cannot find their paperwork and they need to reimburse me the full amount. I just received an sms from my bank showing a credit to my account for only HALF of the money I have been paying for the last 8 months. They are blatantly ignoring me and clearly show that the customers word is worth nothing to them. I have a second contract with them that I want to terminate and port over to another network IMMEDIATELY. I don't care about how many months is left on my account I want to get as far away from this network as possible as I refuse to be affiliated with. I have just put a stop on my account and will NOT give Cell C another cent after all I've been put through. Due to your petty service you have lost a client for life and I will certainly spread this word!!!
