WORST CALL EVER

I received a call today from Bianca at Autopage Legal, while it didn't sound like a call center i usually deal with, the lady proceeded to threaten me with all sorts of things from Repossession to jail time to garnishee orders, and when i explained to her that I was retrenched and still looking for work, not using the sim or airtime at all that they process every month, she said she doesn't care and that I just need to pay the amount today or she would see to it that she takes my stuff and sells it for autopage for their money! i mean, do u have a right to talk to me like that? I will never ever recommend anyone go with this company, they are and don't give a about customers and customer service!
