I currently pay for a 2048mbps uncapped ADSL line and account through you. Since switching over from my 10GB capped account on the same 2048mbps line the performance of my connection has been terrible.

Some days I can't even open a webpage. I work from home and require my internet connection to work.

It happens at random times of the day, furthermore, congestion/overuse of your network should NOT bring down the performance of my connection to less than 5% of the expected speed.

0.05mpbs is completely ridiculous.

Please look in to this... There is something major wrong with your network, either at the exchange or the copper cable... All the equipment in my house is brand new, router, cabling and even the computer...
