Iburst
They want us to pay for what we don't know

Hello Peter, I have a problem with Iburst. These guys were notified after we realized that their internet connection was costing us financially and work wise cos they will always be off line. But never the less we called them to say we are no longer gonna be using their service so as from 2009 December if am correct they cut off their service for us and to my knowledge nothing was owed to them by us. All of a sudden they started calling us to say we owe them and I asked them what do we owe them for and that they should send me a proof that will state what we owe and for what, they never came back. Now they are sending us the attorneys and they don't know we've got your back. Please assist.
