2 yrs now and I'm lucky to get 1 bar data strength

Am currently on the line to Robin in customer support (tel no 0839001212). Have finally decided to complain about shocking data service. I'm very lucky to get 1 bar strength at any given time. They cannot get back to me as the engineers work on the problem - in my case a tower down at Hobart Road. This tower must have been down all these years and everyone in the area has also been complacent and not phoned in, as this is the first complaint! To get a response from them as to when it will be fixed, I have to keep calling in as no one can make outgoing calls! Hopefully the supervisor David can make a plan to phone me back when the tower has been restored. My reference no is SMC00003449196.
