Vodacom ignoring cpa

According to the consumer protection act I can cancel my Vodacom broadband contract by giving 20 days written notice. I did so only to receive an email with a quotation to pay my contract up in full, for the rest of the term - 1 year.

I've been with vodacom for years, but have had such issues with signal on either of the 2 broadband sims I own, they just stop working for a day or 2.

I have other reasons why I'm wanting to leave vodacom. But, the fact remains that they are ignoring South African law. I signed up after the CPA was enforced and I have the right to cancel the service.
