VODACOM, PROMISES & - RESPECT YOUR OLD CLIENT

Upgraded to Nokia C5 on 24/10/2012. Recently noticed that battery charge was not lasting, Monday 25th February, took it to Vodacom The Bridge. This was at 11.35 am. Was told it would take 2 - 3 days. On the 28th followed up - was told that it was not back yet. On 1st of March, the story was they had been told the trouble was not the battery it is the phone and that they would probably replace it. On 2nd March the story was again different, the phone had been sent up to Johannesburg for repairs and this would take anything from one to two weeks. I blew my top and was promised an answer before 5 pm - STILL WAITING
Monday 4th, got hold of the Manager - Chris who promised to come back within an hour - he phoned after half an hour to let me know that he had not reached the Johannesburg yet, but that he wanted to reassure me that it was all under control that he would get back to me - STILL WAITING, Tuesday, after I cannot say after how many calls to his cell phone or to his office, we could not get hold of him even because he was always out, downstairs, or out of reach. But never answered his cellphone. NOW SORT THIS OUT
