Worst Service Ever and Pathetic Follow Ups

After, i do not know how many follow - ups. Cell C has decided to refund me R1200 of which they have been debiting an billing incorrectly in my cellphone. The have taken this money physically into my account and now while i am following up i am being informed that it has been debited to my cell c mobile not in my bank account. If i wanted more airtime i would have said so for them to give me credits in my airtime is unacceptable as i want the cash as they took cash not minutes. When i follow up im taken from pillar to post. I have asked for a breakdown of how they come to that amount still has not feedback. This issue does not end here if i have to use the Consumer Protection Act to assist so be it. Companies need to be fair in their dealings and treat customers with respect. No wonder their financials are in such a state.
