Talking about service, there is no service!!!

I applied for a modem in january. They have send me the modem but the sim card was faulty. I have phoned them and try to sort out this problem. This is now the 05 th of March and it is still not sorted out. Every time i phone the call centre they tell me the sim card will be courrier to me, then after me complaining about the 100th time about the sim card that is faulty they told me to go to any autopage store and do a sim swop that i have to pay for. I mean this was not my fault and i have to phone every week to hear what is going on. As soon as i wanted to cancel the contract i was put through to a lot of consultants and they dont want me to speak to the manager. Every time they tell me they have lodge my queries. I am tired of sorting out this problem and i still wait for someone to phone me back.
