I upgraded my cellphone October 2012, During the process of the upgrade the sales person I spoke to said the 1000 free sms's has fallen away I could either chose 300 sms or 300mb of data or half of each. I agreed to take half of each being 150 sms's and 150mb of data. The new phone arrived a little longer than expected but non the less I was happy until... 1 November when the air time and "Sms's and Data" are loaded. I only received the airtime and not the rest. I called in and they refunded me within days. 1 December same thing called in eventually got refunded after a lot of phone calls each day to find out what the problem was, got told someone would contact me by the end of business day each day but nothing. 1 January same thing still waiting on refund, 1 Feb same thing no one ever gets back to me, finally got hold of someone and they attempted to refund me but only received R20 got a heap of attitude when I called again. Shouldn't the sms's & Data automatically be recharged along with the air time at the beginning of every month? I would like to be compensated for the data and sms's I never Received 2 months worth.
