Mweb
All Round poor service

Would just like to say i have never had such bad service from a ISP as i have had at Mweb. i was with them for 3 weeks, the service i got was poor, my line speed was shocking it took for ever to open web pages, evrytime i called they said everything fine on their side and i must restart router, thats all they ever told me, they then passed the buck to telkom which i dealt with and they said there no problems on my side, Mweb failed to call me back when they said they would, you have to hold on in the evenings for over 45 mins on the phone to get to speak to a "technician" that tells you to reset your router again. no one could help me, i have gone back to afihost and soon as i put in my account with them my internet was perfect. Mweb still have had the nerve to bill me for feb and march. even though i only used them for 3 weeks. i have never experienced such poor service and care towards a customers needs. worst service eve
