POOR SERVICE- Its all about the money

I apologise in advance to whoever picks this complaint up but I am so mad I cant help myself.
For months I have been asking if I can advance my letter to switch NOT cancel as that was just ridiculous money... I have been sending my letter and evens as late as last week was refused so on the very day I send my letter and the call centre person that picked it up tells me I must give 1 month for cancellation. THE FRICKIN LETTER ATTACHED SAYS SWITCH!!!
I also cant understand that the amount given to me by one of your call centre people was not enough to cover the bill, I put it through months ago and then the last bill is R60 more!!! I will settle the bill but told I have to wait 30 days what so you can charge me more considering that the airtime expires and you take it away anyway.
I want someone to either fix this up and send me a final bill with confirmation of the SWITCH or else I will post this report every day until it gets resolved... or else someone must phone me. How dare you hold me to hostage to this contract when I have done everything a good consumer would.
