From April this year I noticed my electricity bill as zeros and I have been sending them emails to enquire about that, late august when I asked them again they required my latest reading which their staff failed to take since april, I gave them and they send me a bill of R3000, I asked them why is so high because they failed to give statements with readings for previous months, and also they worked on estimates, what me off is that last week they send me letter of final demand, how can they do that whereas I'm the one enquired about this, and how will I raise R3000 in 14 days, I did send them email and never replied
