I have been with Vodacom for11years. I had to upgrade and went to the shop twice already. Except for the absolutely useless phones available on upgrade there was the issue of price. I let them know that I was looking to change providers because of the prices and options. They absolutely did not care one bit about me as as a loyal customer. No efforts were made to keep me there. Further more, they gave me different information each time. I had to make them put the information in writing just to get somewhere. They could not tell me what the penalty would be for premature termination of my contract. And when I asked for another consultant I was met with the following response: "Don't be rude, you are mad at Vodacom. Not me! " She then asked another lady if she spelt 'penalty' correct on my requested paper. The lady said: "Who cares." This is very unprofessional and I caution anyone to consider Vodacom as a provider.
