Shocking Incompetent Service

On Monday 25 February 2013 I ordered a Telkom ADSL line. On Wednesday 27 February 2013 the technician arrived to do the ADSL line installation. So far, good work from Telkom, but that is where it ends. After the technician arrived the said person did his utmost to suggest that he could " make the job right" and that there was "a problem". I said I did not want to discuss how we could "make things work" and that it was Telkom's responsibility to do what they are contracted to do. Needless, to say when he left declaring that he did what he was paid for, nothing worked nor was anything properly connected. To date, after visiting the Cresta Telkom branch 5 days in a row, plus having had the technician's supervisor at my premises, my ADSL line is still not working. According to the supervisor it is now the branch's mistake in giving me an incorrect username and password. I don't care whose mistake it was, I am being billed from the 27 February 2013 and I want what I paid for, properly done plus a full credit for the days that the service has not been delivered.
