Web Africa has slowly but surely managed to regress into a piece of company that does not deliver, constantly changes their policies and well and truly ks over their own customer base. At the beginning of last year I started using Web Africa as my ISP. Slow over time, my internet has gotten slower and slower and worse and worse. Customer service was appalling, I was left on hold for many hours and in the end did not get my issues resolved. Besides the facts that my internet is NOT what I pay for and that the customer service doesn't give a or do anything, the all round negativity I have gotten from this ISP has been monumental. Recently I asked to upgrade my service to a 4 megabit line (I was on a 2 megabit)... By the start of this month I expected them to have gotten off their lazy arses and done something, but they did not, I am still on the same line and have NOT received the upgrade I asked for and am paying for. When I submitted a ticked asking for a progress report, they REFUSED to answer my ticked because my email wasn't the email address that the services are listed under (It's a weekend, the woman whose email address the services are listed under is on break)
