Failure to honour full contract

It has been nearly a month since I got my phone with a promise of a 1 year data bundle, as of today I still have not received it. I went in again today. I am always told that they are awaiting stock, which is resulting in me having to travel to the office if I want to do any work that requires me to be on-line. As this is a part time job that I do during my lunch hours and after hours and I cannot use the work internet connection. As this was a second phone which I am using exclusively for my part time work I needed the bills split in order for them to pay it. Upon receiving the account I discovered that my 2 phone numbers had been combined, I contacted your credit control dept. and was informed that "Oh well there is nothing that can be done as the accounts had already been generated". I asked to speak to somebody higher up and was put through to the office of Nadine Grant (011-207 8777) and I have left 2 or 3 voice messages to which none have been returned. As I cannot provide a separate account for this number I will not be paid my R653.36. It seems like once Nashua Mobile have you in their grips they cannot care further about helping the customer out.
