R6650.54 was debitd from my account!

I received an sms from Nashua mobile that I was due for upgrade a month ago, I decided to go and get a upgrade and get The Galaxy S4. I received the phone the same day and opted to get a new number and was issued with a Sim. after almost 24hours had lapsed without the number being active I went to the shop to check if all was well. they then picked up that they had issued me with a number that was active on their network and belonged to a prepaid customer. I was then given a new number and which activated and I've since been using without a problem. beginning of this month I received 2 emails for 2 separate bills. 1 for R6650.54 which was linked to the number I had incorrectly been issued and another for R1647.75 which was correct for my account.
my debit date is the 26th and that 6k bill was scheduled to go through on the 15th. today 16/09/13 that amount was debited frm my account after I had been to the Nashua Mobile store to resolve this issue that THEY caused during MY WORK hours with my FUEL, and they assured me this was not going to happen. now im left with no money in my acc, and a negative balance, I cant even get to work at clients because of this. im extremely dissatisfie
