First of all the lady phoned me 13 Feb 2013 and asked me if I would like to change my month to month contact to 24 months then I would get the first 6 months for free. I said I will do it but it must starts as of end of February 2013. There was no problem with that. I have struggle to get the forms form her since then. On Monday 18 Feb she send it to me. I have phoned the call centre and nobody knows her and could help me. I have then go on to your web page and try to get the forms there I have then filled in on Monday the lady phoned me. I send the forms, I have send a follow up email to makes sure everything is arranged accordingly, but it wasn't. When i phone the call centre and explain to the what happen the guy in the call centre was rude and arrogant. I have then again phoned and speak to a manager she send my complaint to the Head of department and after 3 day's he could only respond to her not even phone me to apology's and he could even solve my problem of give me better service. The call centre is up to no good, but it's because the head of department don't even know how the keep a customer happy! He just basically gave me a happen attitude!
