Ordered a data contract from MTN a few days ago, I was told they would deliver on a specific day, I then shifted all my meetings and appointments to the next day. Waited home all day and they never pitched. I called the next day, they informed they couldn't deliver due to a lack of information (My house number was missing) I then explained i live on a small holding and have no house number! Could they not call me to ask for this information? The package arrived the following evening and it was not the modem i ordered. I called support and they informed i have to go to Vincent Mall and they will assist me there. Got to Vincent and they informed me i have to go to Hemmingways Mall! I then went to Hemmingways and explained what happened to the consultant who was very helpful which as fantastic, HOWEVER i stood there for about an hour before she was done! She informed that my sim card will be activated in 2 - 24 hours. Well its 27 hours later and im not online as yet? called MTN and iv been going in circles as they now, apparently i was given a new sim card and it wasnt changed on the system. FRUSTRATED as i canceled my other provider due to constant signal issues! now i cannot work at all!!!
