Overbilled for data contract

I took out a Cell C 2GB Smartdata contract for R99pm in December 2012. I was being billed R119pm and after querying it many times I was told that they were charging me R119 since I received a modem. I never requested a modem as I already had one. My application form clearly reflects "SIM only". When I went to collect my SIM card I saw that it had a modem and when I asked why, the guy said it was included.

In January this year I requested the 10GigaNight promotion for an additional R149pm. On 30 April I was informed that it was loaded on the system and the data would be available to me on 1 May. I had to wait 4 MONTHS to get this loaded on!

On 14 May I couldn't log on to the internet and called data support for help. I was surprised to hear that I'd been softlocked as I'd gone over my limit! On 17 May I called data support again and I spoke to Lauren, who informed me that they had loaded the 10GB but it hadn't been activated yet! So I was being billed normal data rates - even when I logged on after midnight. I immediately requested a refund and Lauren said she would speak to her manager and get back to me, which hasn't happened as yet. Please resolve this as a matter of urgency
