Very very arrogant and rude person

I called the customer care line to find out why i was billed R916.00 for the end of Feb. The lady, Nazile Vechor says
It was bcause of an unpaid debit order for end jan amounting to R433. The other amounts come from a balance of R1033, R600 for insurance claim and R433 for Feb. Note i paid R250 on the 15 dec and R300 on the 20th dec because i knew i didnt want a high balance. She tells me my jan paymen wasnt paid because the bank did nt pay it. She tells me i must go to the bank n find out because payment was submitted. And its not her problem it wasnt paid. If thats whi u hire then i dont know who will want to take out contracts with you. She is rudeand arrogant. I have a debit with u and the is more than enough money to pay that bill. I am glad my contract is cancelled. Will never work with u nor will i give people recommendations
