Worst Servive Ever!

Placed an order through call centre with very incompetent Sales clerk - had to spell out Physical, Post and Delivery address multiple times. Followed up 2 weeks later to check up on order status only to find out order has been cancelled due to no Postal address provided (did this multiple times) No one phoned or checked with me for the address before just cancelling the order.

Spent the best part of 2 days with call centre to get this resolved - no luck. 2 team leaders from Cell C would have phoned me back but still no word from them.

Cell C, you have no clue and are way in over your heads!
