Vodacom
Was repaired?!?!

I have an HP DV7 laptop that i got on contract from vodacom, it has been giving a problem since the end of January with physical memory dump when ever I start working on it. i went to the vodacom that handles the repairs in bloem and they said it was fine, then i got it back and it did the same thing again. Vodacom told me i should try sending it in for repairs, i tried for three weeks with out success, until i drove from bloem to pta to speak to HP myself. eventually i got it sent to let me repair, who holds the warrenty, and the laptop came back with power supply problems, missing and the physical memory dump issues and a claim that it was repaired. i battle to get response from vodacom, i have to mostly call them but they hardly available so i drive there and have to wait to see them. i was told that the reason why its not being replaced is because there's 5 months of warranty left and its not cost effective for them to replace. since beginning of feb I'm paying for the product but cant use it, and yet wont be replaced. the laptop is currently at the vodacom branch and i was informed they installed the old video drivers and it seems to be working.
