Smartvillage should be ashamed

You know, bad service is one thing, but when a company has a monopoly and you have no other choices, it's almost like there's nothing you can do. You complain but they don't care, and why should they? What are you going to do, go to someone else? There should be laws in place protecting us against this kind of monopolized service that gets away with murder and then gives us no means of reprisal.
