I have never experienced BAD service in my Life.
I've been trying to sort out my account from September 2012, but nobody is able to help me...
They mess up, but I have to sort it out? Is this Customer Service?
Why do I have to phone them all the time, and explain the story over and over to 10 different people? Why can't somebody just help me???
Worst service ever!!!
