I have tried to Upgrade my Contract with Virgin since December 2012.
After begging them for 2 Weeks A sales person called me Zanele and I ordered the phone ref#46581934
2 weeks after that with no Response from them I called, Leisa 46622871 and they informed me that the phone was never ordered and I regarding the Ref#
I then got through to Mandi (Sales) and ordered the phone again 46595803 and was promised to have the phone in a week max,
2 Weeks later I called again today and my order is cancelled and they can not give me a reason why. I spoke to Lerisa: Ref#46662930 and she said she will put me through to the relavant people but just hung up the phone,
Now They are telling me I cannot cancel the contract with them because it was already renewed?

The Worst Service I have Ever experienced.
