Telkom - no feedback, no repair, no service

Reported internet dead on 14 Feb. Called numerous times after that. No service and no feedback from Telkom. Today 27 Feb, they call to ask if my phone is now working haha. THE INTERNET is dead, not the phone. So now they will assign a technician. I don't understand. Don't they have managers & supervisors to see that the work gets done and done right? How can any company be this incompetent? I wonder how long it will take them to get the job done right? Why should I pay for a service I don't get?
